Job Overview
Assist the Stakeholder Engagement team with practical/analytic/desk study activities. This mainly includes contributing to (external) (policy) stakeholder- and existing/potential member mapping to ultimately inform Cascale’s strategic goal delivery as per our 2020-2025 Strategic Plan.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Desktop rating of stakeholders in 2023/2024 non-corporate Stakeholder Mapping in close collaboration with Manager Stakeholder Engagement and Administrative Assistant
- Leverage technology platforms to streamline communications and operations for the Stakeholder Engagement team.
- Attend relevant meetings and draft minutes as appropriate
Ideal Qualifications & Experience
- Academic background in sustainability studies, international relations/political science, international business/supply chains (highly preferred).
- Familiar with G-suite and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- A flexible mindset in supporting a team with diverse needs and displays a strong willingness to lean
- Good written and verbal communication skills, can articulate clear responses in meetings and through e-mails.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

- Best practices for Stakeholder mapping
- Identifying opportunities for increased and more impactful engagement between members, partners and prospective stakeholders in line with SAC Strategic Plan 2020 - 2025

Reporting Structure, Job location, Timeline, and Compensation
This is a 6 months contract role, reporting directly to the Manager, Stakeholder Engagement.
Envisaged start date: 1st April
The assignment can be conducted fully remotely or, to facilitate an in-person work experience, from the Cascale office in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
Cascale utilizes salary bands based on country location and aims to be competitive in each market. Actual compensation will also vary depending on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience and performance. Salary is just one component of Cascale’s Total Rewards package for employees.
