The Greti U. Croft Center for Undergraduate Environmental Leadership (CUEL) empowers UC Santa Barbara undergraduates to become tomorrow’s environmental leaders and change-makers.  Supporting the transition from classroom to career, CUEL connects students to training, resources, and relationships to unlock future possibilities.

The Environmental Leadership Incubator (ELI) is a nine-month program that trains undergraduate students to become environmental leaders. ELI is organized around student-initiated projects that seek to implement positive environmental change.

CUEL provides a searchable database, EcoGauchos, of existing environmental job and internship opportunities for environmentally-oriented UCSB undergraduates. Using this database, anyone in the UCSB environmental community can post and search for jobs and internships.
