Croft Center for Undergraduate Environmental Leadership (CUEL) empowers UC Santa Barbara undergraduates to become tomorrow’s environmental leaders and changemakers.  Supporting the transition from classroom to career, CUEL connects students to training, resources, and relationships to unlock future possibilities.

The Environmental Leadership Incubator (ELI) is a nine-month program that trains undergraduate students to become environmental leaders. ELI is organized around student-initiated projects that seek to implement positive environmental change.

CUEL provides a searchable database, EcoGauchos, of existing environmental job and internship opportunities for environmentally-oriented UCSB undergraduates. Using this database, anyone in the UCSB environmental community can post and search for jobs and internships.
